Slip on wedge wire screen
Application:
Slip on wedge wire screens are often applied in sand control applications where screen durability is critical. It is used in highly deviated and horizontal wells, in cased hole, open hole, fracturing and gravel pack completions.
Wedge wire screen is designed with the high mechanical capacity to withstand thermal, torque, compression and pressure loads.

Description:
Slip on wedge wire screen consists of a perforated LCS base pipe and an outer stainless steel jacket slipped on it. Outer jacket is made of V-shaped profile wire, which is spirally wrapped around support rods welded in each intersecting point.
Wedge wire screen offers continuous slot openings providing high open area, as well as accurate slot dimension.
